Our team will gather all data from the designated assets, to be uploaded into your customized platform as well as the profiles of the assigned personnel to manage it; all of that always by following your own designed plans.

+ INITIATE THE JOB ORDERS

Either an identified corrective maintenance, or a previously set up; job orders can be created by existing users or by guests, and by alternative means such as directly thru the platform, the mobile app or by a simple call to the support team.

+ ASSIGN AND MONITOR THE EXISTING ORDERS

Once the orders are initialized, then the admin designated team will assign the orders to the competent individuals who will carry out the job; then track and follow up the progress of the jobs to be done.

+ CLOSE OUT SUCCESSFULLY YOUR MAINTENANCES

When the jobs are completed, then they can be closed out in the system, by submitting a final report, which has been updated throughout the whole process.
